Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an eligible return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used baby care, maternity care, personal care, and intimate-contact items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping

For returns that are not caused by damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds
